Compensation: $150,000 – $155,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Drive developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales, growing relationships and securing new business.
  • Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.
