The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales, growing relationships and securing new business.
- Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.
- Sales & Leadership Expert – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.
- Closer & Negotiator – Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
- Strategic Thinker – Ability to adapt to a changing sales landscape and implement new approaches.
- Industry Experience – Must have experience in premium, value-driven sales within the Building Materials Industry.
