We are currently seeking an RV Service Technician to join our growing operation. Headquartered in Etobicoke, ON (nearest intersection of Browns Line and Lakeshore), Starline Production Rentals Inc., was founded in 2000 and has grown steadily through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe and more requires ongoing repair and maintenance. Some other great things about us: * Professional team-spirited environment * Experienced team of mechanics * Benefit plan (health and dental) After 3 months * Boot Allowance $150 Yearly DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Inspect, diagnose, and repair fresh and waste-water systems, lighting, air conditioning, heating, propane appliances, electrical systems, leveling and suspension, slide-outs, and chassis operations. * Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and replacements of electrical fixtures. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in wiring and appliances. * Service and install 12-volt, 115-volt, and solar power systems. * Conduct light construction work, including panel repairs and cabinetry. * Install and repair doors, windows, and fixtures. * Perform painting, finishing, and minor structural modifications. * Service and repair jacks, stairs, batteries, and lubrication systems * Repair or replace toilets, faucets, piping, water heaters, valves, and waste tanks. * Conduct pre-delivery, pick-up, and return vehicle inspections, documenting any equipment failures, damages, or necessary replacements. * Complete work orders detailing repairs performed and materials used. * Install flooring materials as needed for vehicle interiors. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent is required * Valid Ontario driver's license * 1+ years' experience in Experience in RV, truck, or trailer maintenance and repair * General electrical repair experience * Experience with basic hand and power tools * Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment * Demonstrated experience with general repairs * Aptitude and interest in electrical, mechanical, woodwork, HVAC and/or plumbing * Basic math skills * Good written and verbal communication skills * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail * AZ or DZ license is an asset * Certificates and professional experience in skilled trades is an asset We thank you for your interest.
