" At least 5 years of experience in project management and direct experience applying all phases (concept, definition, planning, implementation, and closeout) of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures to a large-scale, complex, high-value projects to meet critical timelines.
" At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to the advancement of large-scale public safety radio infrastructure projects.
" Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Able to succinctly articulate key project information in a politically astute manner.
" Experience building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost.
