We are seeking a PSW In Woodbridge to become a part of our team! You will provide routine homecare to clients at the client's home or in a care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, post-surgery individuals, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
