Our client, a boutique litigation firm located in Mississauga, is in the search of a Senior Litigation Lawyer to support their growing personal injury group.

The successful candidate will run a caseload of civil litigation files ranging from motor vehicle accidents to slip and falls and long-term disability claims.

Firm is seeking Applications for a Senior Lawyer Position to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10+ years experience in Personal Injury you will run a caseload of Personal Injury, Disability Claims and Litigation files.

Responsibilities include:

• Attendance at discoveries
• Prepare mediation briefs and pre-trial conference memos
• Draft complex motion materials and factums
• Attend motions court for contested motion hearings
• Conducting research and providing legal analysis
• Conduct LAT hearing and civil Trial independently
