We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support large Club Retailers accounts; focus is on driving growth with key club retailers, including Costco, S&R, Pricesmart, SAM's, and BJ's. This role provides essential sales support and is key in managing retailer relationships, coordinating product launches, and developing compelling sales presentations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in crafting persuasive sales materials with a keen eye for design and storytelling. This position reports to the Club Business Unit Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement (minimum three days in the office).

Previous experience with club retailers and strong project management skills will be a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with club retailers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing retailer inquiries efficiently.

Sales Presentation Development

  • Create engaging sales presentations that effectively communicate product value, category insights, and promotional opportunities.
  • Structure presentation content and tailor messaging to different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine visuals, layouts, and messaging.

Sales Support & Analytics

  • Generate and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and identity trends using Costco sales software (Circana / Unify+).
  • Maintain an organized inventory of sales samples and coordinate their preparation, management, assembly, and shipment as needed.
  • Implement follow-up actions to optimize sales performance.

Project Management

  • Organize and facilitate product launch meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Work with the Product Development and Operations teams to monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
  • Address issues or delays to support successful project outcomes.

Market & Competitive Research

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.

Growth Path

This role offers a strong foundation in sales coordination, with potential to grow into a Sales Account Manager position. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to manage retailer relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with club retailers (e.g., Costco, S&R, Pricesmart, SAM's, BJ's) is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually customer-ready presentations.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive messaging.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (specific degree to be discussed with Krista).
