We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities such as recruiting and on-boarding new hires.
This is a part-time role for six months during the summer, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Create and improve on-boarding documents
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
