We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Product Owner with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) to join our team. This role will oversee supply chain processes, manage quarterly updates, and serve as the internal expert for supply and demand modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the supply chain and demand management modules in D365FO, including related integrations and ISVs
- Lead quarterly software update testing using automated RSTAT and manual testing procedures
- Coordinate with ISV partners to ensure compatibility and functionality
- Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for new extensions
- Provide expert guidance on inventory management, procurement, and Planning Optimization/MRP
- Design, build, and implement D365 solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Train users and create comprehensive test cases for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level proficiency in D365FO with focus on supply chain modules
- Experience with demand forecasting tools including FarSight
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and vendor management
- Proven expertise in supply/demand processes within Dynamics 365
- Experience with workflows, batch management, and lean manufacturing
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and technology updates
