As our CEO transitions to a Board role, we are looking for a Production Manager to take the lead in our production division, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You're a highly driven leader who understands the intricacies of residential construction and knows how to build and manage a top-performing team. You take extreme ownership of your work and care deeply about delivering exceptional experiences to clients.

Deep knowledge of single-family residential construction – well-rounded in both framing and finishing carpentry

✔ A fast learner – you absorb new information quickly and adapt easily
✔ Proven leadership skills – you've built, led, and mentored successful production teams

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of production, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop our production team to maintain a high-performance culture
• Work closely with the CEO and Project Managers to execute the company's vision and strategic goals
• Maintain and improve systems, processes, and job costing to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and craftsmanship
