ABOUT OUR CLIENT
We're representing a highly respected, award-winning real estate developer seeking a Development or Senior Development Manager to join their Calgary team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of mixed-use and commercial projects—planning, budgeting, construction, and delivery—acting as the owner's representative throughout.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Development & Project Management

• Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and project scheduling
• Lead consultant procurement and coordination during design and pre-construction
• Track costs, permits, and progress to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Support leasing efforts, tenant coordination, and reporting for stakeholders

Construction Management

• Manage site activities, contractors, and schedules through to completion
• Oversee procurement strategies, contracts (CCDC), and change orders
• Monitor risk, quality, and costs while supporting project closeout and handover
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management on key deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
• 7+ years' experience in real estate development, project, or construction management
• Proven leadership with strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with CCDC contracts, multi-disciplinary teams, and budgeting
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
