TSM represents one of the largest brands in North America and is looking for a full-time, entry-level sales and marketing representative to deliver high-class customer service to our business clients.
Many of our current representatives in our Ottawa Team were working on their marketing or public relations degree while waiting tables, bartending, or working in retail before joining our marketing team. Their experience working with people one on one and in team settings made for an easy transition into our fast-paced, people-oriented business
Qualifications
As with any organization, it is the people who make it successful. With that in mind these are the traits we are looking for to fill this position:
- An outgoing, people person with strong interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or relevant experience*.
- Goal oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Check (18+)
- Must have full-time availability and a flexible schedule
* Training will be provided. However, experience in food service, retail, sales, customer service, sports management are considered assets
Responsibilities
- Conduct face to face sales directly with customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with business owners in person and their teams.
- Brand Management - Promote a positive and professional image for the client's brand.
- Identify the specific needs of the customer and come up with tailored solutions that fit their lifestyle.
