We are hiring a full cycle Shipper and Receiver for one of our clients in Mississauga, ON. The Shipper/Receiver plays a crucial role in our organization's logistics and supply chain operations. This position is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse and ensuring that shipments are accurately processed and received. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in warehouse distribution.

Duties

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Manage and allocate inventory as needed
• Collaborate and communicate with technicians, customer service representatives and others
  involved in the shipment and receipt of product
• Experience using SAP to process, ship, and maintain orders an assetLoad and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and ensure accuracy in order picking.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
• Perform order-picking tasks, ensuring that products are selected according to customer specifications.
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management using MRP systems to track stock levels.
• Support e-commerce operations by preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner.

Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years in order processing functions.
• Proficient in loading and unloading goods with attention to safety.
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate order verification.
• Familiarity with order-picking techniques and warehouse distribution practices.
• Knowledge of MRP systems for inventory tracking is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely (certification preferred).
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
