Who We're Looking For:

✔ Passionate about cars and customer service
✔ Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service

✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

✔ Journeyman or completed first or second-year apprenticeship certificate in auto mechanics

✔ BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract

✔ Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations

✔ Physical fitness and stamina to stoop, crawl and work laying down

Schedule: Full-Time; 8AM-4:30PM

Journeyman Compensation: Flat Rate $35-$42/hr + Bonuses + $5,000 signing bonus!

What your day will look like:

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.
• Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.
• Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
• Compliance: Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
