The Opportunity:
Parkland Corporation is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for our M&M retail stores.
Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruitment of High-Volume roles:- Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for high volume retail M&M stores.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial video interviews to assess fit for the organization and specific roles.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties.
- Lead the offer negotiation and extension process, ensuring compensation packages are competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Provides guidance to business leaders throughout the hiring process and translates business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
- Educate leaders on proper selection methods by utilizing the available tools such as interview guides, selection forms, and ranking system.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, trends, and performance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Manages all recruiting invoices for Talent Acquisition department.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & French required.
- Diploma and/or HR related courses required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates ability to build and develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to guide hiring managers and candidates through the talent acquisition process, communicate market trends, and use data to support decision-making.
