We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Representative for the Flooring Division to lead our volume-based sales strategy. This individual will focus on building a dealer network, securing large-scale orders, and driving revenue growth within the commercial and residential building markets. As sales grow and exceed $3 million, the Territory Sales Representative will also have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team to expand our market reach further. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in flooring sales and distribution. Benefits Include: - Competitive salary plus commission - Tremendous learning and development opportunities - Driven, collaborative team of employees Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to transition our business model to volume-based orders. - Identify and engage potential dealers, contractors, and builders as clients. - Foster and grow relationships within the construction and contracting industry to secure consistent, large-scale orders. - Collaborate with our manufacturing team to deliver flooring solutions tailored to client specifications. - Track and report on key sales metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals. - Allocate an advertising budget. - Growth potential to build and lead a sales team as sales volume grows beyond $3 million to support continued expansion. Qualifications: - Proven experience in flooring sales, with an understanding of products such as hardwood, vinyl, tiles, and sports floors. - Established network within the building and contractor markets is highly preferred. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to develop and execute a dealer network strategy. - Experience in recruiting, managing, or mentoring sales professionals is a plus. - Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently to achieve targets.
