Job Title: Service Handyman
Location: Aurora, ON
Shift: 730am-430pm
Salary: $27/per hour
Are you a skilled and reliable handyman looking for work? We're seeking a competent individual to join our team and assist with various pre construction maintenance repairs and deficiencies within residential construction homes
Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in construction residential or Mid-rise properties.
• Fix and install drywall, painting, framing and appliance installing
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Must own power and hand tools for home deficiencies / repairs
• Proficiency in PDI Fixes, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
