Responsibilities:

• Design, fabricate, and install ductwork
• Anchor and hook-up HVAC machinery such as air handling units, fans, ventilation equipment, etc.
• Read and interpret plans/drawings
• Follow safety protocol and comply with safety and occupational standards
• Understand the importance of customer service
• Communicate with administrative staff

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Sheet metal certificate an asset
• Minimum Apprenticeship in Sheet Metal enrollment
• 2+ years of experience in the sheet metal industry
• Valid driver's license
• Safety certifications are an asset (First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, etc.)
• Able to work with a team or independently
