Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Performance – Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals, track performance metrics, and adjust as needed.
- Market Research & Positioning – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demographics to enhance pricing and product strategies.
- Customer Experience – Ensure a smooth sales journey from initial inquiry to post-sale support, addressing concerns and enhancing satisfaction.
- Sales Operations & Reporting – Oversee sales administration, contracts, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — Master's degree a plus.
- 7+ years in sales/marketing management, preferably in residential real estate.
- Strong understanding of home sales, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in sales administration and reporting.
