Our client, one of Calgary's top home builders, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for new home sales. As Sales Manager, you will focus on optimizing the sales process and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Performance – Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals, track performance metrics, and adjust as needed.
  • Market Research & Positioning – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demographics to enhance pricing and product strategies.
  • Customer Experience – Ensure a smooth sales journey from initial inquiry to post-sale support, addressing concerns and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting – Oversee sales administration, contracts, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — Master's degree a plus.
  • 7+ years in sales/marketing management, preferably in residential real estate.
  • Strong understanding of home sales, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales administration and reporting.
