We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Extruder Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term opportunity and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products
Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for production lines (extruders)
Manage resin material feeding systems
Operate auxiliary equipment, including grinders, heating, and cooling units
Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues as needed
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
Must have steel-toe boots
Experience working with tools and dies
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Experience operating a lift truck (forklift certification is an asset)
