Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and a professional appearance.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and safety inspections.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Provide written repair quotes and explain procedures to Service Advisors.
  • Conduct road tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Service Consultants throughout the service process.
  • Stay up-to-date on brand training, technical repairs, and industry trends.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor features.
  • Deliver high-quality service and contribute to department improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong mechanical repair knowledge and proficiency with transmissions.
  • Valid Technician's License, ODP License, and industry certifications.
  • Maintain Drive Clean-Light Duty Inspector Certification and HRAI/CFC/HCFC/HFC Control License.
  • Valid Driver's License.
