Account Manager – 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing National Sales team! In this role, you'll manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of corporate and enterprise accounts, creating and executing revenue-generating strategies across North America. ???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Starting January 2025, team members in Vancouver and Toronto will follow our hybrid work model—working in-office every other week for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). On these days, we ask that team members are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to support core business priorities while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work the rest of the time.

???? A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a $5M+ portfolio of corporate and enterprise accounts across North America, primarily in Retail, Waste, Property Management, and Construction.
  • Customer Retention: Build strong, lasting relationships with key contacts to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct high-touch, customer-focused activities including virtual meetings, business reviews, prospecting calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Strategic Support: Help customers understand our service offerings and how to best leverage them to meet their needs.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to build and deliver customized nationwide junk removal solutions.
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage large-scale projects for your National Account customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new business opportunities within your existing portfolio by expanding relationships across departments and contacts.
  • CRM Management: Use Salesforce to manage client information, drive sales activity, and support relationship growth.
  • Billing & Collections: Reconcile and resolve billing inquiries for accounts within your portfolio.
  • Travel: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? at client meetings and national conferences across North America.

???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a travel-based sales component.
  • Post-secondary education (college or university).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within North America.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and grow account revenue.

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $62,000 – $70,000 per annum plus up to 15k bonus! (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
