Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a small team of recruiters and a coordinator while managing both strategic and hands-on recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to the recruitment process, streamline internal processes, and handle senior-level and confidential searches. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning recruitment strategies with business goals and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and guide a small team of recruiters and a coordinator, fostering a collaborative and autonomous team culture.
- Provide strategic input on recruitment strategies and new approaches to talent acquisition.
- Develop and refine internal recruitment processes, including budget management and business case development.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, with a focus on both strategic planning (60-70%) and tactical execution (30-40%).
- Handle confidential senior-level searches and ensure professionalism in all recruitment efforts.
- Act as an advisory partner to senior leadership on recruitment planning and execution.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align talent acquisition with broader organizational goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a talent acquisition function.
- Open to candidates from various industries who bring innovative thinking and a fresh perspective.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential searches and senior-level recruitment.
