- Perform setup and prep for production orders
- Conduct quality checks on plastic film and finished rolls
- Maintain clean equipment and workstations
- Follow all internal health & safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met
- Report equipment issues to the Production Supervisor
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Previous machine operation experience (extrusion preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to lift 35 lbs, work in heat/humidity, and stay on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and team mindset
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots
- Clear criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
