Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Angular Development & Leadership:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Angular-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.Ensure best practices in front-end development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.Mentor and guide junior developers to elevate the quality of work across the team.Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Angular and the broader front-end ecosystem.
• Private Equity & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with private equity professionals to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and senior management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work closely with product owners and business analysts to prioritize features and deliver on business needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Coordinate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end systems.Collaborate with the project management team to define project timelines, deliverables, and scope.Provide input on system architecture and high-level design decisions, ensuring that the solution meets both technical and business needs.
• Process Improvement & Innovation:Identify areas of process improvement within the development lifecycle and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.Introduce and promote innovation in software development methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.Manage and mitigate any risks related to application development, including performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and timeline delays.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 2 years in an Angular leadership role.
• Experience in the private equity sector or working with financial applications is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders, including managing client relationships and requirements gathering.

• Expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with back-end technologies.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux) and front-end architecture patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with build and deployment pipelines (e.g., CI/CD tools, Docker).

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
