Location: 87 Sir William Hearst Ave., Toronto, Ontario M3M 0B4
Hybrid - Candidate must be able to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Must Have:
- Mix of Business, Data and Solution architecture - Enterprise architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing information architecture interpretation advice and expertise to other project and/or enterprise level I&IT project teams
- Demonstrates previous leadership in complex application architecture reviews and assessments, development and/or support projects for enterprise initiatives

Evaluation Project Requirements Evaluation Breakdown
Information Architecture - 30%
- 10+ years of experience in the development and implementation of applications and databases
- Demonstrated experience providing information architecture interpretation advice and expertise to other project and/or enterprise level I&IT project teams
- Demonstrated experience delivering architectural artefacts as required by the project to successfully pass through the project review governance points.
- Demonstrates previous leadership in complex application architecture reviews and assessments, development and/or support projects for enterprise initiatives
Environmental - 25%
- 10+ years of experience with vendor integrated solutions
- 10+ years of experience with platforms such as Mainframe, Midtier, and Mobile
- Experience with operating systems such as Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Android
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, IMS, and MySQL
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, PL1, Cobol, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience with communications protocols such as ftp, http, smtp, ntp, tcp/ip, udp, and icmp
Technical Skills - 25%
- Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications.
- Solid experience in cloud design and solution including infrastructure design with cloud subscription.
- Solid experience in cloud native architecture including microservice architecture, RESTful API, API management.
- Experience in systems analysis and design in a large, integrated systems environments.
- Experience in the use of architecture design tools and cloud management tools such as Power Designer, DevOps, and Collaboration tools.
- Experience with Public Sector enterprise architecture governance and committees
- Experience with Public Sector IT standards including:
- Information Modeling Standards;
- Information Modeling Handbook (IMH);
- Common Data Elements Model – Party LDM
- Common Data Elements Model – Address LDM
- Common Address Data Usage Patterns – LDM
- Enterprise Architecture Principles and Artefacts Appendix A - Ontario
- Public Service Enterprise Architecture Principles
