Must Have:
• Incentive Comepnsation, SAP Callidus, Wireline/Connected home experience, Data and AI (EDL, Snowflake AWS, AZCA)

Specific Requirements:
• Good understanding of incentive compensation domain in general and SAP Callidus Incentive Management application
• Good understanding of the current integration architecture and data flows in place to support SAP Callidus.
• Knowledge of wireline/connected home ordering and billing applications
• Knowledge of Data & AI platforms both on On-Prem and Cloud (EDL, Snowflake AWS, AZCA)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct JAD sessions with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements for IT development teams.
• Document all functional use cases to serve as a foundation during the implementation phase and testing.
• Create and maintain process flowcharts, data models, and other visual representations to illustrate current and proposed business processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional technical teams to design high-level system architectures that meet business needs.
• Develop a high-level design document solutions that align with business requirements.
• Review the design with the enterprise architecture team and solution architects to ensure their alignment.
• Identify and document potential assumptions, risks, and dependencies that might impact the successful implementation of the project.
• Integrate essential data governance and security processes into the High-Level Design to ensure compliance with clients processes
• Collaborate with the data integration team to develop a well-defined plan for data integration, migration, and cleansing, ensuring accuracy and reliability when transferring data to Compensation system.
• Work with client's PMO process to get the HLD approved by business and IT stakeholders and the enterprise architecture and security architecture teams.
• Create impact assessments based on project requirements and high-level solutions for the development team and project team
• Leverage technical background and experience to develop solutions at varying levels of refinement and work with development Tech Lead to create estimates for the associated changes
• Facilitate design & whiteboarding sessions with architect, IT teams, developers by walking through the solution and helping to make design decisions for an efficient overall solution
• Author, own, maintain & review solution documents, which includes requirement traceability matrix, sequence diagram requirement response, changes to all impacted front end applications, user & system use cases (positive and negative flows), and scope of work.
• Attend QA, UAT, and BRT calls to review test coverage, answer questions and provide feedback on defects, and support production defect analysis
• Communicate with project managers, application developers, subject matter experts, end users, and client's senior management.
• Propose system requirements and/or business process changes to fulfill business user requirements, ensuring system development or business process solutions.
Deliverables:
• High level design document in client's PMO approved HLD template, approved by all stakeholders
• Develop a detailed plan for the implementation of the project and +-10% cost estimates
• Release planning documents as per release guidelines (Cyberstarr, Requirements document, High level & detail design documents, Operational Readiness document (ORD) etc.)
• Compile UAT, BRT and Production readiness documents
• Facilitate meetings and capture meeting minutes and follow up the outstanding tasks till closure
• Prepare weekly project status reports and assist PM and other project team members to resolve any roadblocks
