The Role
We're hiring a persuasive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base by setting high-quality introductory meetings for our partners. You'll be reaching out to senior executives across a curated list of target companies, using a structured outreach process to spark interest and secure face-to-face conversations.
Working from a vetted database, you'll research each company, tailor your outreach, and confidently engage decision-makers over the phone and via email. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by outbound outreach, comfortable speaking to executive audiences, and motivated by creating opportunities in a high-trust, high-impact industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to C-level and senior executives (CEOs, COOs, CFOs) across target accounts.
Perform focused research to personalize messaging and connect business challenges to our consulting capabilities.
Use a proven outreach framework and talking points to clearly articulate our value proposition.
Secure and schedule in-person introductory meetings between qualified prospects and firm partners.
Track outreach activities and prospect engagement using CRM tools.
Collaborate with senior consultants to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator with a confident, credible phone presence.
Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development required.
Previous experience selling consulting, advisory, or other professional services is strongly preferred.
Ability to quickly understand business models and identify relevant operational improvement opportunities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following a structured outreach process.
Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but we're most interested in your mindset, communication skills, and ability to connect.
