Location: Lower Mainland, BC in different cities

Duration: 3+ months
Shift: 7 AM 5 PM | Monday Friday, some Saturdays

Must have ASPHALT PAVING OPERATOR experience. Only the Candidates with ROAD CONSTRUCTION and ASPHALT PAVING experience will be contacted.

We are hiring 3 Paving Operators to join our team for a major paving and asphalt project across Lower Mainland, BC. The Paver Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to pave roads, and other surfaces with asphalt or concrete. This role requires experince in paving machine operation, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidates MUST have experience operating paving equipment and working in road construction.

• Operate paving machines, rollers, and other heavy equipment to Client asphalt or concrete on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces
• Ensure proper alignment, depth,consistency of asphalt and smoothness of pavement
• Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance such as lubrication of parts and making proper records of any major wear and tear
• Direct and guide the trucks delivering asphalt or concrete to the paving machine
• Work closely with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

• Experience operating asphalt paving equipment (pavers, heavy rollers, etc.)
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel to different job sites across Lower Mainland
• Willingness to work under pressure in a physically demanding environment and under different weather conditions
