Penn Elcom is a global leader in hardware and racking solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service for 50 Years and counting. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper that works well individually or as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expenses, and payroll in-line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions (Posting, Balancing, and reports)
- Payroll remittances and Government remittances as required.
- Assist in administrative tasks and office management.
- Provide support to management with financial reports and other analytical tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role for 2 years.
- Post secondary diploma or degree in the field
- Proficiency in accounting concepts and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in English.
- Police Clearance required
