We believe everything starts with a genuine relationship - whether it's with customers, clients, or our team. That's why we foster a professional, inclusive environment where meaningful interactions lead the way.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of the brand, leading from the front with confidence and care. You will represent our clients with professionalism, provide clear and helpful guidance on products and services, and ensure each customer feels seen, heard, and valued.

If you are someone who thrives on meaningful interactions and wants to be part of a growing team that leads with heart and delivers with excellence, we want to meet you.

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent communication with both new and existing customers, always presenting yourself as a calm, courteous, and knowledgeable professional.

  • Providing proactive, personalized support by actively listening to customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.

  • Identifying customer needs and motivations to effectively offer tailored product and service recommendations.

  • Handling concerns or objections with care, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset, especially during challenging conversations.

  • Overseeing the full sales cycle - from the initial conversation to final installation - to ensure a seamless experience and successful contract execution.

  • Attending daily and weekly meetings to stay up to date on new products, services, and promotional offers.

  • Collaborating with your team while also taking initiative and working independently when needed.

We are looking for individuals who bring:

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • A talent for connecting with people and building strong customer relationships.

  • Confidence in overcoming objections, resolving issues, and guiding conversations toward solutions.

  • A proactive approach to managing time, tasks, and customer communications.

  • Experience navigating CRM tools and managing emails efficiently.

  • A sincere passion for helping others and representing our clients with integrity and enthusiasm.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • To be 18 years of age or older.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site at our office.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.

  • A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
