Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for business development, stakeholder engagement, and workforce solutions? Fedcap Canada is seeking an Employer Engagement Specialist to build and maintain key employer relationships, drive workforce partnerships, and align labor market needs with employment services.

What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and implement strategic business development plans to engage employers across priority sectors
✅ Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with industry leaders, referral agencies, and workforce partners
✅ Design training and development solutions that align with employer needs and market trends
✅ Drive performance and growth by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting service provider networks
✅ Act as a labor market expert, connecting job seekers with sustainable employment opportunities

What You Bring:

✔ 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience
✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✔ Knowledge of Ontario's labor market and workforce development strategies
✔ Experience in KPIs, training needs analysis (TNA), and employer partnerships
✔ A passion for making an impact in the employment services sector

Fedcap Canada was selected as Service Systems Manager to lead the implementation of local service improvements in the Hamilton-Niagara, and Halton catchment area to meet the needs of 9,200 clients.
