We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the projects from start to completion. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, local authorities, and tenants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, design, and construction phases of commercial building projects. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects meet deadlines, specifications, and budget constraints.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs stay within budgeted limits. Identify cost-saving opportunities and forecast potential overages. Handle the procurement process for materials and services.
- Coordinate with contractors, ensuring that all work is performed to high standards, on schedule, and within budget. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify potential risks (e.g., delays, safety hazards, legal compliance issues) and develop mitigation strategies to address and manage these risks proactively.
- Ensure the construction project complies with all municipal, provincial and federal regulations. Oversee inspections, permits, and certifications to meet legal and safety standards.
- Collaborate with tenants to ensure their contractors adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for tenants to ensure their contractors are performing work properly, on schedule, and according to agreed-upon specifications. Communicate with tenants to address concerns or changes and ensure their expectations are met.
- Maintain and update all project documentation, including project proposals, schedules, contracts, invoices, and progress reports. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with property management teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant construction management education (Preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulation.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
