About the Role
As a Project Coordinator with our Infrastructure team, you will:
- Provide clerical support to the infrastructure project team, including assisting in the distribution of required documents and correspondence, setting up and maintaining job data and videos;
- Perform quality assurance and quality control, reviewing submitted materials for projects;
- Act as a point of contact for the Project Manager, Project Coordinators and clients, communicating the status and progress of project milestones;
- Assist in creating plans that outline objectives, and provide input on resource planning and allocation according to timelines;
- Identify, monitor and create reports to communicate project related issues, scope changes, scheduling conflicts and variances to project stakeholders;
- Assist in facilitating monthly contract close out requirements and collect documentation, distributing deliverables to involved parties.
About You
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and time management skills;
- College diploma in Project Management, or related education and experience is an asset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience with a variety of computer programs and systems an asset;
- Driver's abstract in good standing.

- Valid G or G2 license with good driving record;
- College diploma in administration, or related education and experience;
- Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Proven experience in an administrative support role;
- Experience with a variety of computer programs and software systems is an asset.
