What are we looking for?

We are looking for aRevenue Operations Analystto enhance revenue processes, optimize quoting and billing workflows, and provide data-driven insights. This role will work closely withSales, Finance, and Operationsteams to ensure seamless revenue operations usingSalesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud.

What will you do in RamSoft?

• Analyzerevenue trends, billing accuracy, and sales performance metricsto provide actionable insights.
• Streamlinepricing, quoting, and revenue recognition processesin collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
• Ensure accuracy inorder-to-cash processes, revenue reconciliation, and data integrityacross systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports usingSalesforce, Excel, and BI toolsto track sales performance, bookings, and revenue projections.
• Optimize revenue operations by identifying inefficiencies and automating processes.

What will you bring RamSoft?

• Experience:3+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Salesforce Expertise:Hands-on experience withSalesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloudis required.
• Analytical Skills:Strong data analysis and reporting skills withExcel, SQL, or BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Process Optimization:Ability to enhance efficiency in revenue workflows.
• Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with key teams.
