Team Leadership & People Management

• Oversee daily operations and lead a team of administrative staff and healthcare providers

• Hire, train, and coach front desk team members

• Recruit and onboard new practitioners to grow the clinics offerings

• Support internal communication and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture

• Coordinate team meetings and special events

Clinic Operations

• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations across departments

• Create and manage schedules for administrative staff and clinicians

• Handle legal documentation requests in coordination with legal representatives

• Maintain patient records with accuracy and discretion

• Represent the clinics values of community, compassion, and excellence

Financial & Administrative

• Manage billing and collections (WorkSafe, ICBC, private insurers, etc.)

• Assist with payroll and reconciliation of daily transactions

• Support bookkeeping and ensure financial processes are followed

• 1+ year experience in a healthcare clinic management role (required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail

• Comfort with Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)

• Experience with JaneApp or similar clinic management software (preferred)

• Familiarity with MSP, WorkSafe BC, and ICBC billing systems is an asset
