Dispatcher Mechanical Services

We're working with a fast-growing, family-oriented mechanical service company looking to add a Dispatcher to their team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a well-established firm that values collaboration, professional development, and doing things right the first time.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Assigning technicians to service calls based on geography, skills, training plans, urgency, and client relationships

  • Managing schedules and coordinating job details including tools, access, equipment, and client communication

  • Supporting field staff to ensure full productivity and 8-hour workdays

  • Prioritizing jobs and adjusting schedules dynamically as new requests come in

  • Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and parts pick-up/drop-off

  • Tracking equipment usage and repair needs

  • Collaborating with leadership to improve internal processes and customer experience

What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience in a dispatching, coordination, or service ops role

  • Knowledge of the plumbing and/or HVAC industry is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Great with software and systems tech-friendly and quick to learn

  • Able to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Positive attitude, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable setting boundaries and keeping teams accountable
