Window Cleaner Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work performed for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

• Train new staff of proper procedures and techniques

• Ensure use of appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and solutions to ensure streak-free and spotless finishes.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals

• Cleaning building exterior, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment at times

• Inspect windows for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.

• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment to reach windows at various heights.

Qualifications: (experience needed and education)

• High school education preferred

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Minimum one year of previous experience in the industry

Salary: $35.00/hour

Job Type: Full time permanent position for a minimum of 32 hours per week

Language: Intermediate English speaking is required

Work locations will vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. A meet point may be provided for transportation to or from certain job sites (carpooling).
