Position Overview
The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical architecture, development, and maintenance of the Sales Crediting System. This role will oversee SQL development, system integration, and technical implementation of business requirements while leading a team of developers and analysts.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Advanced SQL Server development (complex stored procedures, functions, optimization)
- Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server memory-optimized tables
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration, including:
- Design and implementation of data extraction from source systems (Salesforce, transaction processing systems)
- Creation of efficient transformation processes for sales attribution rules
- Implementation of reliable loading procedures with proper error handling and logging
- Experience with ETL scheduling and monitoring
- Troubleshooting ETL pipeline failures
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data models
- Experience with source control systems for database code
Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce integration (API, middleware)
- Knowledge of cloud database technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database projects
- Experience with data masking and security implementation
- Understanding of microservices architecture

- Lead the technical design and implementation of the Sales Crediting System
- Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Develop complex stored procedures for sales attribution logic
- Create technical specifications based on business requirements
- Lead root cause analysis for system issues and data discrepancies
- Mentor junior team members on technical best practices
- Design and implement integration solutions for cross-system data flow
- Architect solutions for expansion to other product lines
