Job description:
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
- ~ 2-4 years of experience with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of creating Business Intelligence reporting. Comfortable with writing SQL queries for data retrieval & transformation
- Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive.
- Insurance domain experience / Financial services experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience of programming in SQL; Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI
- Prior experience in analytics-based consulting

Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
- Develop understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap
- Gather, document, and analyze business and data requirements from stakeholders across sales and services teams.
- Define and standardize data domains and business rules to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies in data structures, definitions, and business logic.
- Work closely with data architects and engineers to translate business needs into through requirements to support business intelligence reporting needs for sales & service stakeholders.
- Develop documentation, including business process flows and data dictionaries
- Act as a liaison between business units, and data/ reporting teams in sales & service space.
- Work with data engineers and developers to validate that domain structures align with business requirements.
