About the Job

As an Account Executive on our Direct Sales team, your mission is to elevate the success of small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by becoming a digital transformation expert and trusted advisor. Youll use your deep expertise in online presence, reputation management, and digital advertising to provide tailored, tech-forward solutions including AI-powered platforms that help local businesses stand out and scale.


This role is equal parts sales strategy and relationship building. You'll manage inbound leads and proactively generate outreach to close meaningful deals, always aiming for long-term client success. Your Impact

As an Account Executive, youll collaborate closely with our Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to::

  • Conduct scheduled sales calls daily, blending inbound leads with self-generated outreach.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to diagnose business pain points and propose tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Drive revenue through high-converting sales strategies, achieving monthly contract targets of $90K$110K.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platform insights to enhance the value of each client engagement.
  • Own the client onboarding experience, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service.
  • Monitor and optimize retention efforts through proactive outreach and client health checks.
  • Provide feedback loops to marketing and product teams to continuously refine go-to-market strategy and lead quality.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Advanced understanding of digital advertising, online listings, and reputation management strategies.
  • Comfort working with AI-driven sales enablement tools, CRMs, and data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills articulate, persuasive, and empathetic across verbal and written formats.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and reputation management platforms.
  • Experience navigating small business pain points and helping them adopt digital tools.
  • Previous experience in pipeline-building strategies for upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
