We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a clinical skill set in supporting hormone-related concerns, reproductive health, sexual health, pelvic health, womens and man's health, gender-affirming care, and/or primary care to join our growing team. Availability: Flexible FT/ PT (days, evenings, weekends)

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough assessments and care across your NP scope
- Manage prescriptions, diagnostics, and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain timely, detailed charting and referral documentation in Jane App
- Engage in case discussions, professional development, and outreach as desired
- Lead or support education on relevant topics (if aligned with your interests)
What Were Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Practitioner in Alberta in good standing with their College
- Current malpractice insurance
- Experience or interest in providing care to individuals seeking support re: hormone-related concerns, sexual health, reproductive health, womens health, gender-affirming care, pelvic health, and/or primary care
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the fields related/adjacent to hormonal support and health
- Familiarity with Jane App or other EMR platforms
- Interest in advocacy, community outreach, or clinical education
