Job DescriptionNAPA is more than a Parts Store! Our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) Division offers unique opportunities, managing parts on-site for major customers like city and government facilities. By ensuring efficient parts management, we help businesses focus on what they do best.
What is NAPA IBS? The IBS program partners with companies needing on-site expertise to run efficient parts departments—essentially, a “Store inside a Company.” We work with government maintenance stations, utility companies, construction firms, car dealerships, and more, providing parts management, supply chain expertise, and excellent customer service to improve efficiency and profitability.
Take pride in wearing our uniform as you work in a dynamic and stimulating environment! This position pays between $20.05 and $23.20 per hour (depending on experience) and is a full time contract role ending in October of 2025.
In this key role with our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) Division as a Parts Specialist you will:
- Overseeing parts and inventory management for one of our NAPA customers or partners
- Delivering exceptional and high-level customer service to both partners and customers
- Processing orders and maintaining follow-ups with customers as necessary
- Locating parts and ensuring customers receive the correct items
- Offering product insights and recommending appropriate parts as needed
- Utilizing both computerized and paper catalog systems effectively
- Capability to ensure prompt and efficient customer deliveries
To join our team, you need:
- Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle parts (or relevant field)
- Comfortable working in a fleet shop environment
- Skilled at managing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
- Proficient with computer use and catalog navigation (web and paper)
- Proven teamwork, listening, and customer service abilities
- Valid G Class Drivers License
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
