POSITION: Drivers (Class 1 and 3)

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WAGE: Starting at $38/hour

LOCATION: Grande Prairie, AB

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is partnering with Full Force Ventures, a locally owned, operated and family orientated company. They are looking for skilled Class 1 and 3 Drivers to join their growing and dynamic company. These drivers are hauling both TDG fluid as well as heavy equipment and materials. They are looking for individuals with safe driving skills, great verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work in high paced work environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate vehicle to transport and deliver heavy equipment, materials, and supplies to designated locations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure they are balanced for safe transportation
• Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed.
• Follow company safety protocols and policies.
• Conduct field level hazard assessments and routine maintenance.
• Efficiently perform e-logs and all required paperwork.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Class 1 and/or 3 Drivers License
• 1-3 years experience is considered an asset
• Have (or willing to get) certifications as required including, but not limited to, TDG/WHMIS, H2S, First Aid, onsite company orientations, etc.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully utilize and efficiently input data and required information into work applications and electronic forms.
