We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, customer service, and manufacturing.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
- Providing customer service support to internal and external customers, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues
- Managing the company's filing system and records
- Preparing and distributing reports
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, and manufacturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
