Full time Office Administrator – Executive & Customer Service Support

We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, customer service, and manufacturing.


The primary responsibilities of this position include:


  • Providing administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
  • Providing customer service support to internal and external customers, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues
  • Managing the company's filing system and records
  • Preparing and distributing reports
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, and manufacturing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
