Job Summary:

Cedarglen Homes is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic Production Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the residential construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct homeowner meetings during and after the construction process to address questions and concerns.
• Adapt to changing project conditions and make necessary adjustments to schedules and plans.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in single family residential construction as a Site Supervisor.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
