Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative is a critical part of the Manderley family. You are the main point of contact between the Manderley team and our valued customers.
The Customer Service Representative provides Manderley's customers with the highest level of service, whether it's order taking, problem solving, providing helpful tips or aftercare. Strong written and verbal communication are essential in answering the phone, writing emails and participating in the team environment.
What will YOU be doing as Seasonal Customer Service Representative?
- Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Be knowledgeable about products, services, and care tips in order to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with orders ensure information is processed accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and with care.
- Ensure client accounts are paid according to their terms, perform collection calls.
- Other duties as required.
What YOU bring to the table
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Active listening.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Our season runs to mid-November, weather dependent.
Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly rate.
