Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote / Hybrid – Based in Toronto, Canada

Reports to: Executive Team

Overview

TMG is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to driving business growth by managing leads, executing targeted outreach, and facilitating the early stages of our sales cycle. You'll work closely with the executive team to build relationships, set meetings, and help guide prospects through their first interactions with TMG.

We operate in fast-paced sectors like mining and oil & gas, so the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior-level decision-makers is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Management: Manage inbound and outbound leads. Prioritize and track progress using our CRM systems and internal workflows.
  • Outbound Outreach: To connect with key decision-makers and execute outreach strategies across email, phone, and social media.
  • Meeting Generation & Facilitation: Set up qualified discovery and intro calls for the executive team. Ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up after meetings.
  • Campaign Execution: Support specific outreach campaigns for TMG service areas and strategic initiatives. This includes customizing messages and refining outreach cadences.
  • Relationship Building: As the first point of contact for many prospects, your professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness will shape their first impression of TMG.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insight into lead quality, outreach performance, and prospect feedback to help improve messaging and targeting.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, SDR, or BDR experience—preferably in a consulting, industrial services, or technical field.
  • Confident phone and email communicator who can write professionally but speak naturally.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys collaboration takes direction well and works independently without hand-holding.
  • Previous experience booking meetings for executive teams is a big plus.
