Your Role
As a Marine Mechanic, youll work on a variety of outboard motors, servicing boats from some of the most respected names in the industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on marine engines and systems

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical components

Installing marine electronics and accessories

Completing work orders and documenting service details

Collaborating with our service team to ensure top-quality customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Certified Marine Technician (preferred) or at least 5 years of relevant experience

Solid understanding of marine engine systems, electrical systems, and steering components

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid drivers license; forklift certification is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work in various physical conditions

Logistical Requirements

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch. On occasion, you may be required to work extended hours, including weekends, in order to meet deadlines based on the needs of the business. You will work out the Dueck Boats Service Centre located at 23280 Fraserwood Way in Richmond, BC.
