About the Role:
Step into a high-impact finance role as our next Treasury Supervisor! You'll play a critical part in supporting the Regional Group by overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management and financial administration. This role involves managing a high volume of bank accounts across multiple divisions and legal entities, ensuring consistency, security, and full compliance with banking procedures. You'll also drive continuous improvement by leveraging ERP systems and technology to streamline treasury and banking workflows. Key Accountabilities:
Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) balances for cash, loans, mortgages, and investments.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, loans, mortgages, and investments.
Monitor and manage day-to-day cash flow across a large number of active bank accounts.
Administer and oversee online banking activities, including vendor payments, transfers, and user access controls.
Record and process journal entries for treasury-related transactions, including transfers, term deposits, and mortgage arrangements.
Ensure adherence to internal banking procedures and controls, and support audit and compliance activities.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve treasury processes through the use of ERP features, automation tools, and best practices.
Key Duties:
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis; ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
Act as the key point of contact for all banking matters, including account openings, closures, authorized user management, and information requests.
Maintain a comprehensive matrix of all bank accounts, ensuring proper documentation, segregation, and review procedures are in place
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to ensure alignment between banking activity and subledger entries.
Participate in treasury-related system initiatives, contributing to the streamlining of banking processes and improving efficiency through ERP integration and reporting automation.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and comfort with technology-driven solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with Yardi or Newstar is an asset.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in treasury operations, including bank and loan reconciliations.
Familiarity with online banking platforms, user management, and corporate banking controls.
Experience working within ERP systems to manage treasury and financial workflows.
Exposure to real estate or property management accounting environments is preferred.
