As they continue to grow their presence in Canada, they are hiring a Product Manager to oversee the planning, evolution, and delivery of digital products that are aligned to user needs and business goals. In this role, you will help shape roadmaps, prioritize outcomes, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to bring high-impact solutions to life.

This is a hybrid position based out of Halifax, NS.

  • Own the roadmap. Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to shape and evolve product roadmaps, ensuring alignment to outcomes and clarity across workstreams.
  • Translate needs into action. Break down big ideas into clear deliverables and ensure backlogs are structured, refined, and ready for execution.
  • Champion value-driven delivery. Work closely with technical, design, and delivery leads to ensure each sprint or milestone is focused on what matters most to users and the business.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment. Facilitate shared understanding between business, design, and development teams—helping teams stay focused, coordinated, and motivated.
  • Support strategic growth. Look for opportunities to evolve existing solutions, contribute to commercial planning, and shape future engagements.

  • Solution leadership. You've guided the evolution of digital tools or services—helping shape vision, manage scope, and deliver value in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • Strategic mindset. You connect user needs with business objectives and can influence priorities to ensure the biggest impact is delivered first.
  • Collaboration and clarity. You're an excellent communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Stakeholder engagement. You've worked closely with business leaders, facilitated workshops, and helped navigate competing priorities with confidence and clarity.
  • Delivery focus. You're comfortable managing backlog maturity, sprint planning, and trade-offs - keeping work on track while adjusting to new insights and challenges.
  • Resilience and ownership. You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and take full responsibility for delivering outcomes - not just outputs.
  • Continuous improvement. You support team learning, champion good practices, and contribute to growing digital delivery maturity across projects.
